I added a learning interaction (widget) into the project but somehow it’s not supported when i preview the project, how its possible that a built in feature is not supported in Adobe Captivate?

Any suggestions please what am i doing wrong?

Please tell us which learning interaction you are talking about and what version of Adobe Captivate you are using. These two pieces of information would really help in getting you an answer to your question.

Can you please provide some more details?  Which Learning interaction did you insert in which version of Captivate (full version number under Help, About Captivate)?

You need to use F11, Preview HTML in Browser if you are in a non-responsive project to see a temporary HTML output. All other Preview methods use SWF output. Did you use F11?

In some instances even that Preview method will not show you the real output, but you’ll have to upload to a webserver (or LMS if it is a SCO).
