I am disappointed that I no longer have access to my Adobe Knowhow content that I paid for. I am not the only one having these issues. We were promised a means of continued access to our content after purchasing a lifetime access product and have not received a link. Can somebody please help

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I apologize for the repeated question in different forums. This is my first time using the forum and I was doing my best to reach someone. I also apologize for the late response I didn’t realize anyone had commented. I had attempted to contact Adobe Customer Care before posting in the forums but they directed me here. Do you know of anyone else I may be able to contact?
