Still no answers. You may also have published a Captivate course to MP4, something I never do because you lose all interactivity. Please, if you still want answers, you need to provide the information I asked for.

Can you give some more details? Did you insert the video as event video or slide video? Which version of Captivate do you use? The full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate.
