Patrick J. Immel is a Full Professor of Scenic & Lighting Design at Northwest Missouri State University.  He is a proud Titan and holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. (1994) and he received his MFA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  Recent designs at Northwest include the World Premiere of Death Comes for Jesse James, Footloose, Midwives and Witches, Rumors, Legally Blonde, The Learned Ladies, Urinetown, The Tempest, Almost Maine, Our Town.  Regional design credits include, CATS, & I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! and the world premiere of Iphigenia at Iowa State University.  Research interests include discovering new and better ways of integrating computer technology into the design process.  In other words, Pat is a huge nerd.

Here is a video I created just the other day.  I didn’t use Captivate…I am trying to participate in this program so I *can* use Captivate.  This is a video that I created for my CAD (computer assisted drafting) class(es).  If videos uploaded need to be created in Captivate or about Captivate, please let me know.

Do you want to create interactive tutorials? There are some limitations for software training/assessment sims: learner can click, can type, but cannot draw in such a tutorial.  Just wnnted to warn you.  Long time ago I created a Captivate tutorial for a colleague. If you still have a browser supporting SWF output, you can have a look. I don’t plan to update that post… nobody cares:
