Hi! I am using Adobe Captivate 2019 (version 11.5.1.499) and I am attempting to embed a Vimeo Video with the Vimeo link https://vimeo.com/0000000000 (example) and the file hangs up. When I click cancel, I get the message “Video encountered and internal error (see attached images).” Is there an issue with this feature?

I’ve had the same issue and when I reported it, they advised there is a bug identified – CAP-4205271

Cannot really help you. You are not the first user to report this problem which appeared recently with Vimeo. AFAIK I haven’t seen any solution yet. Did you report it as a bug? You can find the from when you click on your profile avatar.
