Fill in the blank question
I’m creating a fill in the blank question and it won’t let me start a second row for the question. Is there a way to start the second row or add a second fill in the blank question on one slide?

Sure, you can have as many lines as you want and as many Blanks as you want. How did you try? The issue is that if that slide is scored, the learner needs to have all correct to get the score. Partial scoring is not possible.
Personally I rarely use FIB but create a custom question with TEBs or the Scrolling Text interactions
