Multi-state objects and videos

I’m trying to create a slide that displays multiple YouTube videos, but I cannot add videos to the states of the shape I created.  I cannot seem to use the Carousel learning interaction widget because it does not take the youtube video ID that I am entering…and I cannot find the YouTube Learning Interaction that I have seen referenced in videos.

Can anybody suggest a solution for this?

The only type of video that can be used in a multistate object is Event video. That type of video needs to be on your system.  When streaming from YouTube as is possible to create  Interactive video, you need to insert it as slide video. Slide video is synchronized with Captivate’s timeline, Event video is independent from that Timeline and has its personal control panel. That may explain why slide video is not possible in multistate objects, since each video will have a different duration. Hope this clarifies the situaton.
