My closed captions are inconsistent now that I’ve switched from Captive 9 to Captivate 2017. I’ve seen Paul Wilson’s excellent video, yet I still can’t get all of the Closed Caption settings to a consistent font size of 14.

I’ve gone into the skin editor and set up exactly what I want for the closed caption display:

Font Arial
Size 14
Color Black
X 0%
Y 85%
W 100%
H 9.5%.

I saved my project.

I went into each and every slide (closed caption settings) and switched from the slide number (to Project). That did not work because some of my slides show a smaller font when published. So then I went into every slide’s closed caption settings yet again and clicked “Reset to Project.” That has not worked either.

Is there something that I’m not doing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
