How do I share my project with a single partner? So that we can work on the same project from different locations?

Captivate project files are not like Microsoft Office docs where you can both edit the same file from a SharePoint drive and have it save both sets of changes. My advice is to divide the project file into two halves. One of you works on part one with the other works on part two. Once the work is done you can copy part two into the latter half of part one and then one of you can publish it.
