Help: I got this error message the first time. I published more then 20 other modules in the same scorm settings successfully but this one. I am using Captivate 2019 now. Thank you for your helps.

There may be a corrupted media file within the course. Does it play properly when you preview the whole project in browser?
Doesn’t look like you attached anything so I’m not sure of the error, but it might be a corrupted piece of media within the course. I’d look for oddball media items and try removing them to see if you can pinpoint the error.
