Button Effects and Sequence.
Hi there!
I am curious if someone has advice on how to make button effects show a text box/image group that will display for a limited amount of time and then go away. The problem I’m running into is that I want the user to have to click all buttons to view content before being able to proceed to next sled. Each button will show text/image for a short period of time and all buttons must be explored before moving on. It’s seems to be a bit tricky to manage this in the timeline since I am trying to hide the text/images until each is triggered from the clickable buttons.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
Title is confusing to me because you don’t really talk about Effects. You want ‘Forced View’ (use that term if you search here) and that can be done with the Timeline, but only if you impose the sequence of clicking. If you don’t want that, better approach is with advanced or shared actions and variables. I have posted quite a lot of use cases on my blog and here. One link from this community for a non-responsive project (there is one for a responsive project as well):
