Need help on how to insert or add powerpoint presentation with narration or audio into Adobe captivate that would work with a SCORM format?
Thank You
About five years ago, I discovered that a PPTX file is nothing more than a ZIP file that contains all the elements that make up your PowerPoint file. Make a copy of your PPTX file and change the file extension to ZIP. Unzip the compressed file and look for a subfolder called Media. From there, you can get all the audio, video and images from the PowerPoint to import into a new Captivate project. You can now easily recreate your presentation inside Captivate by merely dropping the items needed to easily recreate the slides directly from your library panel. You might be surprised how easy it is and how little time it can actually take. For me, the most significant advantage is I no longer need to edit the PowerPoint and re-import it every time there is a change to the design.
