Switch Captivate licenses by signing out on your old device.
Just wanted to share with the community the ease of switching a “serial number” from one device to a new one. I received a serial number as a member of the eLearning community and thought it would be challenging to switch it once I started up my new device. However, the process was incredibly easy. I simply remembered to sign out of Captivate on my old device then used the same the serial on my device and Voila! It was ready to go. I’m using a Mac and know that sometimes apps aren’t compatible so I was relieved to find this process extremely easy. Just remember to sign out before switching devices and you should be in the clear.
