PowerPoint won’t convert.
I use Captivate 2017. I’m trying to create a new project from PowerPoint. It is 50 slides and I check “High fidelity” and “For slide duration”. It gets up to 50% and then I get an error message saying Adobe isn’t responding. I’ve tried repeatedly. I will create if I don’t click “high fidelity”, but almost all of my images duplicated, and it looks awful. Any advice?

Make sure you are running the latest update. Also, try waiting it out.. how long did you let it sit there. I have had many a times where captivate kept spinning and I got strange error messages but kept selecting to wait until finally it produced the results I was looking for. Another option might be to break up your power point into 5 parts and try running the High Fidelity mode on a smaller part then copying and pasting your final output slides into a single captivate file. Copy and pasting slides works really well, especially in that beginning stage.
