Hello all,
I’ve achieved the famed Guide status and would love to redeem my points so that I can access the 3 months of complimentary Captivate. I have sent an email to nedas@adobe.com as suggested in previous question posts on the same topic, but I have not received a response.
Any suggestions? I would love to continue learning how to create learning experiences in Captivate.

I have heard from some other folks that it took a while to obtain the license for Captivate. Be patient. Congratulations!
They should reach out to you. They took some time to get to me as well. Also, it is the end of the year and everyone is winding down.
Also, some interesting info on when they assign licences that I found out is that they usually give the licence at the start of a quarter, and December was the start of a new quarter. Not saying you will not get it, but I was told I needed to wait for the next quarter.
