Summary
Using external webcam closes adobe
When I create a video and I elect to use my external (rather than Integrated) camera, Adobe Captivate 2019 App just shuts down. Any ideas of how to resolve this?

You are not alone. At this moment Video Demo seems not to work with most external webcams. I just wanted to answer, because notwithstanding my daily visits to all Captivate forums, I didn’t find a solid workaround. Maybe you can fill in a bug report? You can find the form under your profile name in this community portal.
