Hi, I’m creating a Captivate (ver. 2)project and I can run it in preview window. I try to run project just clicking index.html- file in project folder. Project is starting normally, but I can only see blank (black) window.
In previous version it works and I can run project without starting Captivate.
Any comments?

Something seems to be missing on the server, but not sure what. I can upload a VR project without problems to my domain. Not sure what to look for.
Which exact version, please? You can find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
Is this a non-responsive or a responsive project? If it is a non-responsive project, the only Preview method which creates a temporary HTML output is F11, Preview HTML in Browser. Did you use that Preview? If it is a non-responsive project all Preview methods use HTML.
Local running HTML output is not always functioning. To test, you need to upload the folder to a webserver or – if you have Reporting turned on and published a SCO – to a LMS.
Hi, I’m using 11.5.5. version. I use adobestock 360 picture and I didin’t make any changes to image(project). I can see virtual image when using preview. Also I can see that it is running in “virtual server”. I have uploaded adobe project folder to my Apache server but there is that problem that screen is black when I run it by browser. I can’t see adobestock 360 image at all. I don’t have any reporting on.
If I create blank project and take some YouTube video on it, then I move this project to my apache server and everything works fine. I can see video running when I connect to my server….
