I suspect that demand for eLearning expertise will increase exponentially as companies fully realize the benefits of eLearning in an expanding telecommuting work environment.
You may be correct, but the problem is that most companies have budget issues and in many cases that means cutting down on what they believe to not being important for ROI. That often is the ‘learning’ department. At least that is my experience at this moment. Or they just don’t pay your invoices, as happened a lot to me in 2020.
