This eLearning course helped made sure that Teleperformance Philippines remain operational. It educated employees on how to properly ensure that we follow rules set by the PH government or we lose our license to operate.
The memo on COVID-19 guidelines, particularly the completion of the Daily Health Declaration form and wearing of face masks and face shields became more engaging, simpler and easier to understand with the visuals, animations and course gamification.
The effects of COVID-19 worldwide severely disrupted the global economy and its rapid spread posed a massive economic, environmental, and social challenge even more so on the psychological and mental well beings of the majority of the human population affected by its onslaught. With the seriousness of the topic and the prolonged impact of the virus, we developed a light, engaging and hands-on course that tackled the essentials of what to do to stay safe at Teleperformance Philippines in the new normal.
Welcome to the New Normal is a completely gamified course which allowed for a full immersive experience in navigating and completing the quest of the 2D-character, Kate, upon arrival at work.

I like the gamification! And the intro and summary are well done and have a slightly humorous tone to it. Did you create the 2-D game using only Captivate, too? Was there any Javascript required?
