Question about the points and incentive system for Adobe Captivate.

I have a question about the Adobe Captivate points and incentives system. What are the steps required to access the incentives associated with each level? I have 211 points and would like to take advantage of the three month Adobe Captivate subscription.

The community points system and gamification went through a major revamp recently. Please don’t refer to any old blog links prior to October 2022. The process of redeeming points for incentives has changed ever since Adobe Captivate moved away from perpetual licensing. You’ll get a better idea of the gamification and how to redeem your points for incentives if you study all the sections of the Levels page. You can access this page from your profile page by clicking the Redeem button, or the Levels and Incentives hyperlink (as shown in the attached image). Here’s a blog that briefly explains the updates made to the points system and gamification logic.

It would be hard and complicated. try to develop your gamefication strategy directly on the lms.

Let me know when you find out because I am trying to do the same thing.
I’ve had similar questions about this program. I email Adobe when my current license ends and ask them to remove the points from me. I believe the quarterly times are February, May, August, November.
It is good that you are able to see your incentive points, I am not able to see them, not sure why. I have tried different browsers and it is not appearing on my screen…
I’m kind of new here, and I can only imagine an offer button appearing once you reach the 150 threshold. If it’s not that straightforward, hopefully we can get some answers.
ishanmukherjee might be able to answer this better than I, however, I do know that the points are exchanged for the incentives once per quarter.
