Is it that you want to just in general see how the learner is doing with the content, or do you want them to get the correct answer first before being able to move on?

Can you provide some more details? I see that the wrong answer feedback tells ‘Try again’. How many attempts did you provide on question level? If you have more than 1 attempt you should use the Retry message, not the Failure message.
