I created a project in 11.5.5.553 and I can’t get the “Preview HTML5 in Browser” to work. I published and uploaded to my LMS and I get the same result, a spinning wheel and nothing loads. I opened another project I recently finished and the Preview and LMS worked perfectly fine. I can go through the whole project using “Preview From This Slide” starting at the beginning.

I read through some previous posts with people that had this issue and I can’t seem to find anything wrong with my file. I’m not trying to do SWF and HTML5 at the same time. I checked my version and while I need to upgrade that doesn’t appear to be an issue (since other content works perfectly fine). Not sure what else to do.

Hi There,

This seems to be project specific issue. Kindly check if there is any special character like (@#$%^&* etc) used in any of the object/slide name. Try to narrow it down by hiding half the slides and try to preview and then hide another half slides. This is one way you can narrow it to the slide/s or objects which could be causing the issue.

You can also connect to Adobe support to help.

Regards,

Mayank
