I’m hoping someone can help – I have a HD .mp4 video (1920x 1080) that I’ve imported and created a slide video. It is working perfectly and looking really good on my iMac, but when I preview the project, the preview screen is cutting off the sides of the video – am I doing something incorrect which I preview? Any assistance is greatly welcomed. Thanks in advance – Karen
Did you use Preview HTML in Browser? Since I suspect you are in a non-responsive project that will be the only valid Preview method. Moreover which browser did you use? Do you plan to publish to HTML5? In that case make sure to check the option ‘Scalable HTML’ in the Publishing dialog box. That will allow the course to adapt to the available space in the browser.
Since you are on a Mac, on which OS are you at the moment, are you sure it is compatible with your Captivate version?
