Is it possible to mark my previous answer as being correct? Replacing Event by Slide video to avoid the tooltip.
More for the sake of other users looking for a similar problem.
One drawback: you cannot insert a slide video in a normal fluid box (if you are on a responsive project), you need to set up the slide with Position Properties.

The version is 2019 release 11.5.5.553.
The video was imported from a file location on my PC as an Event video.
Can you try it out as slide video? I suspect that you will not get any tooltip in that case because the video is synchronized with Captivate’s Timeline, whereas event video is playing independently.
Is it possible to give the exact and full version number? You find it under Help, About Captivate. The most recent version starts with 11.8, we are still far away from 19.
How did you insert the video? If it is embedded, it could be event video (which probably has that tooltip) or slide video (better). Slide video can also be streamed from a server like YouTube.
