MC Question Slides – Formatting
(3)

MC question slides…possible answers look fine in project, but when published 1 answer is a different font. I have tried to reformat the slide, but it is SO glitchy…and one tiny move of the mouse and the whole slide is screwed up…alignment, offset position, etc.

1. Why does the published version of the slide look VERY different from the project?

2. What’s the trick to editing and formatting the answers on a MC question slide without screwing up the entire slide?

That video has no link whatsoever with the question posted here.

Some important information is missing from your question:

  • Are you talking about a responsive or a non-responsive project? The master slides used for quizzes are quite different. To give you a real answer how to format quiz slides, I need that information.
  • Which type of font are you using? Is it a websafe or an Adobe font? I hope it is not a system font because Captivate doesn’t allow to embed fonts.
  • Which version of Captivate are you using? Please give the full version number, which is to be found under Help, About Captivate.
  • Which OS?
  • Did you publish as a SCO? Have you tested on uploading to a LMS?
