How to create a guided tour for users.
Does Adobe have any applications that allow me to create a guided tour (or product tour) for my users about new features and such? Sort of like what Pendo and some other products offer? I’d prefer to use Adobe products for something like this, but I don’t see any offerings?

I am not sure to understand your question correctly. Captivate has both a Video Demo and a Software simulation feature, which is great for demonstrating features of a software application.

For a tangible product you could use 360° static slides or video. You can insert hotspots to show more information of all kinds, or even to insert questions. Please, try to give some more clarification to your question.
