Hi All,

So I’m new to Adobe captivate and I have been posting comments on some blogs and my comments don’t seem to be there after I hit post.  This seems like a relatively simple task but for some reason I’m not getting it Can you only comment on certain posts??

Hi Johanna, I did see your comments in this discussion (see screenshot).

AFAIK there has not been a comment on any blog since you joined the community.

Know that each blog, discussion, comment needs to be moderated and that is the reason why you need some patience. You will not see everything appearing immediately. I post blogs regularly and that may take days to be moderated.

Yes Lieve is right in what she says about the content moderation. We make it a point to look at every contribution, moderate and publish them to ensure we have the most relevant content and no commercial backlinks etc. Our turn around time is usually 48 hours but there can be exceptions owing to business holidays, time offs, tech issues and business priorities.

Can you look into a blog I submitted about 2 months ago?

It still shows as pending. It is entry #9 in my game and puzzle series. Logic Puzzle

Secondly, i am sorry to hear about your initial experience. However, I did review the community and you ll be happy to note that there are several responses for your discussion query related to Recording Training. Just so that you understand, once a user makes a contribution it takes a few hours for it to be moderated and approved. Post which they appear in the relevant section. We try to achieve this under 48 hours.
