I’ve gone through the preferences menu, enabled reporting, configured the settings for scorm 1.2 as desired, but when I then go to publish, I’m not getting the zip file to upload to the LMS- just the preview file. I’ve done this process successfully with other projects, but this one doesn’t seem to want to work properly. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong here?
I had the same issue. I found when I selected a folder one level up from where I actually wanted it, it published with the zip. The folder I was trying to publish to had a fairly long name, so my guess is maybe the file path was too long? Anyway, try publishing to a higher-level folder. You can always move the file to the correct subfolder once published.
Is it possible to post a screenshot of what has been published? Normally you get both a zipped and unzipped output when Reporting is not enabled, maybe you overlooked that there are two outputs, from which you need to choose the zipped one after checking if the necessary SCORM files are available?
