All of a sudden after the last update – I open the Captivate 2019 and all of the tools and screen font for the toolbar is a 4 to 6 point font and this picture is maximized and my computer screen ration is set at maxim 2560 x 1600 and the size of text is set to 200%.
it doesn’t matter what I set my setting to the size in the application is so small.
Also I used to be able to use the Ctrl + or Ctrl – to enlarge or decrease the size in Captivate and it no longer works.
This is really making it difficult to create an eLearning because the tools are so small.
Can you please answer some questions? You tell ‘After the last update’, is that Windows update or Captivate update? Check the full version number of Captivate which you are using. You can find it under Help, About Captivate. I presume you are on Windows from the description of your display settings. Can you try to increase the Display resolution higher than 200% – although I don’t know the size of your monitor. I have many issues with the New version on my Surface Pro and I fear indeed that you also are using that version which allows much less customisation than all the previous versions.
