Fades between slides doesn’t work any longer
I work in Adobe Captivate Classic version 18.8.2.216. In many of my older projects I have used a fade transition between slides. But the function seems to have been removed in the last version. It’s a huge problem because I need to remove some fades between slides. Is there any way to get around this?
I suspect that you mean version 11.8.2? Please update to 11.8.3. At least some bugs less.
Slide transitions were SWF based, they didn’t work for HTML output since that type of output appeared. However they may have worked when publishing a non-responsive project to MP4. In the version you are using all SWF-related features were taken out, included the slide transitions and most of the Preview methods if you are working on non-responsive projects. They were not replaced. If you had used the HTML tracker on older versions, they would have been flagged. I am sorry, but once you saved a project in your version, you cannot go back to 11.5 anymore.
