We have the Canvas LMS with SCORM turned off. We have no web server to link to the content either. When I upload the published file to Canvas and link to the index page it just displays as blank. Please advise.

Thank you for contacting Adobe!
Please try below steps:
1) Make sure that the captivate file (.cpt) file is saved locally and also published locally and not on a location synced with One drive/network drive
2) After publishing > Open index.html file locally on the machine and make sure that it works fine
3) Enable the reporting of your Captivate project from Edit > preferences > Save the project > Publish > Upload the Zip file to Canvas and check.
4) If it still shows blank page then upload the published Zip file to https://app.cloud.scorm.com/ and check
5) If it works on Scrom cloud then it might be some issue with Canvas LMS. Please check with your LMS admin.
