Cannot install Captivate
I have downloaded to a Captivate folder on my Desktop, the Captivate files, and I start by executing, from the Build folder, the Captivate.msi file. It scrolls through “getting required information” fine, then then says “Please wait while Windows configures Captivate. It scrolls for a minute or two, then flashes a disappearing dialog box (It is real fast but I don’t see any text in it). Then it backs out the green scroll bar and closes down the install. No error, nor error files. Can anyone help me get installed?

If you still get the issue then please share latest Adobe Captivate (log.gz) file located at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers”

Can you try to install using command line and check if this works? You can follow the steps mentioned on the below link for installation using the CMD:
