Hi,
I uploaded a Captivate published HTML5 course on SharePoint. It gets stuck when trying to load .JSON files and further loading of assets also gets stopped. This causes the course not to launch from SharePoint.
Please share if someone has faced such problem and what can be the possible solution. Thank you.
I am getting below error messages.
Thanks
Anil Kumar
The answer in this post worked for me:

Prior to my use of Captivate, I used SharePoint a lot to post Presenter9, PowerPoint, and PDF job aid projects. A few years ago SharePoint started choking on HTML files (used to open attached resources) from Presenter9. When we invested in Captivate subscription (2017 version at the time) we found that Captivate projects would not launch from SharePoint due to .json file and HTML function issues. The solution = my agency set me up with access to a real web server (SharePoint is NOT a web server). I now publish my Captivate projects to my assigned web server folder, and have not experienced those kind of issues since. In a nutshell, find a better platform to launch your products from than SharePoint. SharePoint isn’t good for anything except disseminating PDF/Word/other Microsoft Office documents.
