I have score, max score, correct questions, total questions, accuracy % and quiz attempts checked. However, only the total score is shown. Not sure what I’m doing incorrect?

Please update to 11.0.1.266, which is the most recent version.

Was that theme created in CP2019 or in an older version?  Just for testing, after backing up this file, can you use one of the included themes with Captivate to check if you have the same problem?

The original theme was created in CP2017. I saved the current project as a different name and changed to a Theme in 2019. I ran the project and ALL the data on the quiz results page was there! Thank you so much for the help. The problem appears to be in the original theme in CP 2017 converting over to CP2019. Creating a new theme in 2019 to use with all 2019 projects. Thank you again Lieve!

Indeed, see more and more problems with upgrading themes. Moreover lot of developers ignore how important a theme is for any Captivate project. Many times I did see the comment ‘I do not use a themes’ as if that were possible.

Which version are  you using, please? Which type of project: non-responsive or responsive?

Score slide is based on the results master slide, which is part of the theme. Which theme do you use? Can you show a screenshot of the results slide? I have written a whole sequence of articles about quizzing, explaining default setup and possible tweaks. I will post some links in a separate comment (may have to wait for moderation).
