Why doesn’t event video play?

I am an agile coach and an executive leadership coach. I typically work with organizations who want to transform their culture, often involving many people, like my current client of 300,000 people. I'm hoping to learn to do eLearning well enough to scale myself.

Summary

Why doesn’t event video play?

Hi – When I insert an mp4 from my local drive to either a responsive or non responsive project, the event video does not play, but the event video does play. Why the difference?

I’m just trying to get a video to autoplay on the first slide of my eLearning. Advice?
