I am a new Captivate user (previously a Storyline user so half of Captivate already makes sense to me) in need of some individual assistance with my project. While calling Adobe support has helped, I find it cumbersome and sometimes a little frustrating. I was hoping there was a way for me to contract with someone to answer the random configuration questions that arise. Is there anyone in this community that either does that or has used a Captivate expert in this way that you would be willing to share their information?

I also offer one-on-one Captivate training to new Captivate users. You can purchase an hour to get started. typically we meet online using Zoom or other web conferencing app of your choice. We can cover specific topics based on your needs at the time. I can share my screen with you or you can share your screen with me and I can coach you through any procedure in Adobe Captivate you wish to learn about. I record all my sessions and you will have the ability to download the recordings when we are through. This way you can review what was taught as often as you wish.

You can contact me (look at my profile). I have been taking on that type of jobs as JIT Help Desk multiple times. I use an Adobe Connect meeting room, which has all the necessary functionality. Primary approach is based on Flipped Classroom methodology which you probably know, training based on your projects and your needs. No canned training.
