Hi all – I’m new to eLearning authoring so looking for some urgent help. I have recorded a software simulation and want to add a ‘menu’ slide using an asset from the Captivate resources. When I click on add slide from the Asset Library it tells me it is fetching the asset but doesn’t add it to my filmstrip – please can someone help or tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thank you
I had the same issue but could not pinpoint it – could you update us?
Which slide from which Quick Start Project did you try to add? Since you are on a software simulation, I suppose it is a non-responsive project, you need to add a slide from the same type.
Can you try to open the Quick Start Project itself as Project (new), to check if you are able to do so?
