I would like to find out why I cannot load PowerPoints in the Adobe Captivate 2019.
Each PowerPoint file I attempt to upload gives me the same error:
“Unable to Import Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. The file may be damaged”.
Any ideas why this is occurring? I have Adobe Captivate 2019 and Microsoft Windows 10.

Same issue here. I have uninstalled, reinstalled captivate. I have repaired windows. No matter which powerpoint I use, i get the same error message.

I had the same issue, did you ever find a resolution?
Do you know what version of PowerPoint you are using?
