Issue with demo files for Mastering Adobe Captivate 2019 book
I purchased the manual from Amazon and it is a fantastic book
The problem I do have is that I downloaded the sample files from PACKT
There are only two files and the encode sim does not work
Going further into the book there should be more files but only two downloaded and one does not work
This has been tried on Intel and AMD Ryzen machines with same results and each have at least 2gb disk space and 16gb ram so not short of resource
Has anyone else had a similar problem or know where I can get all downloadable example files?

Hi Adrian, sorry for the confusion about the exercise files on the Packt Publishing website.
I just tested the code download myself and it worked OK for me. The download is a ZIP file of 2.7 GB. Make sure you unzip the file before using the exercises contained in it. Opening the files from the ZIP file will not work. The address to download the files from is https://www.packtpub.com/support/code-downloads Just enter the title of the book in the search field and access the download.
Let me know if you can download the sample files with the help of this comment.
