Hello, I am new to Adobe Captivate and weirdly my screen is missing the main screen. I can see the slides in the left hand panel but in the centre where I am supposed to design it, I can only see a black screen. I tried a lot of settings, uninstalled everything and reinstalled but still it is not helping.

I am using Macbook Air – currently on Mac OS Big Sur

Please help I am stuck and I need to work on a project urgently!
