I am trying to use interactive video option provided in Captivate 2019 but facing issue like
it shows loading video and after it inserting it. It reached 50 percent and gets stuck. It does not go beyond that.
Can you please help.

Adobe told me you can not post interactive video to youtube unfortunatley.
You can use a YouTube video as the source of your video used in interactive video, however you will need to publish your project as HTML5 and upload it to either a web server like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or your organization’s learning management system (LMS). I’ve noticed this as well. Just hit cancel. If it’s like my situation the video is there, it just won’t auto preview when placing it on your slide.
It is not sure from your screenshot (too small and blurry) : is this a video which is situated on your system or are you trying to use a Youtube or Vimeo video? There are issues with Video, depends on your version. Can you please mention the exact version number which you find under Help, About Captivate?
