Hi, I´ve created several Captivate projects with a license in a MacBook Air. Now I´m shifting to a ASUS laptop (Windows 10), where I installed Captivate.
In this laptop I can create Captivate files from scratch, but I can´t open my old projects created in the Mac.
Have you experienced this problem? Any suggestion? I´m pasteing the message i get (in Spanish).

When Adobe introduces new features into a version of Adobe Captivate, work performed in that version will not be backwards compatible with previous versions of Adobe Captivate. On your Windows machine, make sure you are running the latest version.
- Click on Help
- Select Check for Updates
- Update your version of Captivate if necessary
Thank you for the heads up, I have several different machines and OS running captivate so this is helpful to know.
You didn’t attach the error message you got. Pasting didn’t work apparently, you need to attach the screenshot using the ‘Choose File’ button.
In the past I have collaborated with another developer who was using a Mac, while I am on Windows. That worked fine. Are you sure that your present version of Captivate is more recent than the one used for the projects on Mac? At this moment, due to the fact that mostly applications are broken when a new iOS is released, the most recent versions are different between Mac and Win.
