Hi!
I’m preparing an e-textbook and the publisher would like an image log. It would be very useful to access/export the underlying database information from the image library but I can’t figure out how.
Thanks in advance for guidance!
Bruce
AFAIK there is no way to ‘export’ that information. You could just make a screenshot after having the Library resized because the width is too small to show all the information in a readable way. That means that you have to switch to the Expert UI so that you can make that panel floatable to take it out of its fixed position in the right docking station. Collapse the the folders you don’t want to use. See the screenshot.
Are you talking about Adobe Captivate? Each project has a library, but that is not only for images. Moreover bitmap images and SVGs are in individual folders, and imported Photoshop files where images are based on layers are also in individual folders. What do you mean by ‘image library’?
Hi Lieve,
Yes, I am referring to Captivate. There is a “Library” window that when opened displays a number of folders (Audio, Backgrounds, Equations, Images, etc). I am interested in the information contained in the listing of the images. The headings are: Name, Size, Use Count, Status, Date Modified). I’d love to be able to access/export that data. There is an option that exports all the image files which is useful, but the listing would be really nice.
