The stage remains white while creating VR project

When creating a VR project, my client faces an error where the stage remains white and the button to add 360°material is not displayed on the stage. So the client-designer cannot add 360° material.
In my case, it looks like this screenshot, so I don’t know why it doesn’t look the same while the client is working.

Is it due to the PC’s specifications or the company’s security?
If anyone knows this conditions factor, please let me know.
