- Users
“Users” refer to the individuals who interact with the learning management system. These users can have different roles and permissions, such as Learners , Administrators, Managers, Authors, Instructors and Integration Admin
- Modules
Modules are individual learning components or pieces of content that make up a larger course. Modules are a fundamental building block in ALM, helps to create effective and engaging learning experiences for their employees or learners.
- Courses
Courses are comprehensive learning experiences that encompass multiple modules. They are designed to provide structured and detailed training on specific topics or skills.
- Learning Path
A Learning Path is a collection of Courses that complement each other or are centered around a common theme. Learning Paths are used to achieve broader learning objectives that extend beyond individual Courses.
- Learning Plan
Learning Plans enable an Admin to automate the assignment of Courses, Certifications, or Learning Paths to Learners when specific events occur, such as a promotion or relocation. Upon these triggers, a Learning Plan automatically assigns pre-determined learning objects to the Learner.
- Catalogs
Catalogs are collections of learning objects, including Courses, Learning Paths, Certifications, and Job Aids. You can create and customize a Catalog for a specific group of Learners.
- Job Aids
Job Aids are a repository of training content available to learners without any enrollment or completion requirements. Learners can use these job aids for assistance with performing various activities or tasks within an organization. Job Aids can be accessed independently or alongside courses in Learning Manager.
- Skills
Skills are honed abilities that enhance employee performance and result in organizational success.
- Announcements
Announcements is a multimedia message (text, image or video) that an Administrator can craft and broadcast to a defined set of users. Use Announcements to motivate Learners to take up Courses/ Learning Paths/ Certifications/ Job Aids and thus build a learning culture. Tie Announcements to particular learning objects or target specific user groups.
