- Job Aids
Job Aids are a repository of training content available to learners without any enrollment or completion requirements. Learners can use these job aids for assistance with performing various activities or tasks within an organization. Job Aids can be accessed independently or alongside courses in Learning Manager.
- Skills

Announcements is a multimedia message (text, image or video) that an Administrator can craft and broadcast to a defined set of users.
