Hi, I’ve been having issue adding new users on Learning Manager. It keep saying “error, please refresh and try again” I was able to add a user just a couple weeks ago, then this issue happened last week. I’ve been trying different ways like clearing cashes, switching accounts, browsers and deceives. None of the methods works. Is anyone encountering the same problem and is there any solution? It sounds like you’re running into trouble while adding new users in Learning Manager. A few things you might want to check:

Role & Permissions – Ensure your admin role has the correct rights to add users. Sometimes only system admins or managers with extended rights can add new learners.

CSV/User Import Format – If you’re uploading via CSV, double-check the format (email, first name, last name, unique ID, etc.). Even a small formatting error can block the upload.

Email Verification – Make sure the users’ email IDs are valid and not already registered in the system. Duplicate accounts often cause errors.

User Limit – Check if your account has reached its maximum user limit set by the license.

Browser/Cache Issue – Try clearing cache or switching browsers; Learning Manager sometimes throws errors due to outdated sessions.
