I have built drag and drops and not had this problem before. Why can’t I get the success message to come up when I answer correctly? ONlY failure shows every time.

Hi, My laptop has been upgraded and I had to reinstall all my software, Captivate 2019 being one of them. I am now experiencing issues when I try to execute TTS, the project just closes down (without any errors). This happens repeatedly and I cannot continue with development.
