Captivate 2019 crash on launch – issue / SOLVED / SOLUTION

Did anyone have a problem with the installation of CP 2019? Today I installed the new version, and I’m not able to even try it out. CP closing automatically after launch. When it shows the first menu with an option to choose between different projects CP just close it selfs. I tried to uninstall and instal it three-four times, changing the location of installation, and it’s still not working.
