I was creating a project on Adobe Captivate and when I went to change the theme a window popped up telling me that the new theme cannot be applied. Is there a away to fix that? And if so how?

I am using 10.0.0.192 CP2017 for MAC and yes I just wanted to use the blank template that come with Captivate.
You have to install the patch to 10.0.1.285.
However I don’t know why you cannot use the Blank Theme (it is not a template)? Maybe it is corrupted. Since I am Wind, cannot tell you where to replace it by the original file from the Gallery\Layouts. That folder has the original themes, but you are using them from a copied folder. WIndows has that folder in Public Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets. But not sure about its location on Mac.

Can you pleass offer some more details? You are on CP2017, is it 10.0.1.285? Are you using a theme created in this version? Is it one of the themes packaged with Captivate?
